Existential Coaching

Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (LTEA) can be applied in Existential Coaching for personal development. It can be useful for individuals or groups who wish to improve their life-style and sense of well-being.

Through the exploration of personal values in relation to universal values, areas of freedom and responsibility, LTEA is ideally suited to offer a pathway to self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-discovery.

When we are more aware of our circumstances, possibilities, and resources, with meaningful and purposeful goals, we are in a better position to translate universal values into meaningful action in our lives, including relationships, occupation, and leisure activities. Throughout this process, we develop leadership skills and become motivated to be agents of change in our communities.

The Existential Coach helps clients find their own answers through Socratic dialogue, which includes a series of reflective questions to facilitate gaining new insights and a call for action. To observe personal change, usually a period of three to six months is required with biweekly one-hour sessions in person or over the phone.

Some organizations may have funding for External Coaching. Please consult with your Human Resources Department.
